Mark Keating

Mark joined Lumewave as its president in early 2010 bringing a strong entrepreneurial spirit and over 30 years experience in the areas of management and electronic product development. Previously, Mark worked for Onity (United Technologies Fire & Security - UTX) for 10 years where he held positions of engineering manager and director of research and development of the company’s energy management products and wireless systems. This was following the Onity acquisition of Senercomm in 2002. Founded in 1989, Senercomm, a leading provider of energy management systems to the hospitality industry, was lead by Mark as its president and CTO until its acquisition in 2002. Previously, Mark was vice president and CTO of International Conservation Systems (ICSI), founded in 1980, a world leader in producing occupancy sensing based, hotel guestroom HVAC & lighting control systems where he held the position until joining Senercomm in 1989.

Stan Lynch

Stan Lynch is Lumewave’s Vice President of Technical Sales Support, responsible for the company’s marketing, sales, and technical support efforts.

Stan joins Lumewave with more than twenty-five years of technical sales and marketing experience in the lighting controls industry. Past experience includes 20 years with Watt Stopper, Inc. There, Stan led the National Sales and Technical Support facility based in Plano, Texas. He was responsible for creating a unique and highly praised customer support system with a staff of trained technical and application specialists.

In 2009, Stan recognized the opportunity to become part of an exciting new company within a growing new industry. Stan comments, "Lumewave is now poised with an excellent product and support system to bring new solutions to customers upgrading their exterior lighting systems."

Stan is a past member of the Association of Energy Engineers, and is currently an active member of the IES and ASHRAE.
